PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
Diane Edmonds work has really been improving.  I know a lot of being a surf photographer is being at the right place and right time PLUS skills to capture a subject in a way that coveys a story giving it that "A picture equals a thousand words," but both take work and effort. I think Diane's recent work is showing she is working at it.
