Refund Policy
Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery if the products they have ordered have unsatisfactory color replication or are damaged prior to deposit with a Designated Shipper. In such instances, Eppic Surf will reprint the Product and pay for the shipping costs for the replacement Product to Customer. If after replacement of the Product, the Customer remains unsatisfied, Eppic Surf will refund the value of the amount of the Customer order for the Products about which the Customer is dissatisfied.
